I’ve never been to the Midwest, but my friend Lisa was just there, visiting her brother. She kept her eyes out for errors, and this one was just begging for an adhesive C.
When I was in Austin there was a Taco Shack, and I immediately thought that the word ’shack’ was a bad decision. It just doesn’t sound like a place I’d like to eat.

I would think that the owners are trying to avoid the implicit assumptions that come loaded with “shack.”

With or without the “c” I’m not sure I’d want to eat there!

Truth be told, I google imaged “Pizza Shaq” to see if it came up with any good pics — it didn’t.
The Shak is for someone who really, really loves pizza.
