    I would thank the writer of the note if he/she agreed not to copulate — we don’t need those genes to make it to the next generation.

    Please do no copulate on the copy machine, as this would be a rather heavy object.

    And I doubt the sign is referring to the grammatical term “copula,” either.

    Changing the subject: have you seen that the Facebook group I Judge You When You Use Bad Grammar claims to have a book contract?
