I have just recently discovered my addiction to grammar. This seems like some sort of coming out party!
I think there are words implied but omitted in this lyric. Here’s my take:
Sexy, can I just… Pardon my manners, girl, [but] how [do] you shake it? Got a player? Like, “Oh!”
I hate the filler word “like”, but I think that’s how it’s used here, in my opinion.
