Kate, I’d quibble a bit on whether or not this is an example of alliteration. Isn’t alliteration the repetition of consonant sounds as in:
Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.
This seems to be a bit of alliteration (exotic, erratic, erotic) and rhyme (exotic, quixotic, erotic). But it’s not 100% alliterative.

Since the phrases are very short and are not poetic, it’s kind of tough to tell (for me, at any rate) – but these seem to be examples of consonance rather than alliteration.
